Moonface Studio and Moonface Records is a small, upstart project studio. the owner/operators are not new to the industry by any means. Mike Manthe and Roy Starling have been active in the music performance, creation and recording community for over 20 years. The studio is located in Central Florida, USA. Mike and Roy are both accomplished musicians, performers and engineers. We are a small, home-based operation. We are on a mission to set ourselves apart from the glut of small studios out there by providing not only experience and expertise, but trying to provide a unique environment and experience with access to gear and instruments that you will not commonly find in budget studios (or ‘big’ studios either, in some cases!). Moonface strives to deliver a product and experience that rivals that of other, higher-end and higher budget studios. This is possible because of our extensive network of contributers, writing partners, session musicians and our recording gear and instruments.
