Moonface Studio ‘finally’ gets that ’61 Reissue SG they’ve always wanted...
We’re only human ;-)
Why would a studio that is here to primarily record other and their instruments (a voice IS and instrument, after all!) want to buy such a cool guitar? Because its fucking awesome, that’s why!
Seriously though - Moonface Studio strives to be a ‘full service’ project studio. What we lack in size and elegance, we try to account for with cool instruments and gadgets to give your music an edge.
The Gibson ’61 Reissue SG is one of the better ‘modern’ guitars made, in our opinion. Nothing beats a real ’61 (or 62 or 63, for that matter...hell, we’ll even take a 64). But, when you compare cost to build quality, playability, ‘attitude’ and sound, the 61R is the real deal!
It is one of those guitars you just don’t want to put down. It has one of the best necks we’ve ever felt on a modern electric guitar. And the ’57 Classic Humbuckers are another ‘modern classic’. These PUPs are outstanding. With the Heritage Cherry nitro finish, Nickel hardware, vintage style pick guard, beautiful inlays, bound 61 neck and a professional setup from the best luthiers alive (Guitar Factory, Orlando FL), this thing is a dream to play and record!
Come hear for yourself, *especially* through our Vox AC30CC2!
